About me

I received my Diploma in Nutrition from Wellpark College of Natural Therapies, Auckland, N.Z, in 2015.

As a registered clinical nutritionist my focus is to guide and support my clients to optimal health through sound knowledge and evidence based nutritional and lifestyle advice. I have a holistic approach, supporting the ‘whole’ person. I will guide you nutritionally, help with sleep hygiene, energy and stress levels, enhance mental clarity and happiness. Nutritional plans are goal based and easy to follow.
